From a skill development perspective, there is no recommended starting class as each class has its own unique theme & we work on a new swing pathway each session. There is no prerequisite for any class theme.
You may, however, want to consider starting with the class that interests your child the most. For instance, If your kid loves dinosaurs, perhaps try that themed class first.
No. We do not have a recommended sequence of class themes. Students are welcome to take single classes ore multiple classes.
Most definitely. Even at the adult level, It is highly unlikely you will be done with a new "theme" after just one class. It often requires to be repeated several times before muscle memory is developed. One thing is for sure - it's always FUN and the themes take new twists (ie. the baseball theme may teach volleys in one class & forehands the next)
