From a skill development perspective, there is no recommended starting class as each skill has its own unique learning pathway. There is no prerequisite for any of the beginner classes.
You may, however, want to consider starting with the class that interests you the most. for instance, If you love rules, try the rules & positioning class. If you could care less about rules, then maybe try a serve class.
No. Take whatever class that interests you the most within your level.
Most definitely. It is highly unlikely you will advance to the next level after just 1 class. Moving up a level will require a combination of playing games, hitting against a wall &/or classes. We'll help u make it happen and make it totally fun along the way.
No, it just means the core instruction & drills is 'backhands based'; other strokes are still practiced
Yes, particularly if you have varying strengths between the different their shot types. We sometimes see students that have an "ADVANCED-BEGINNER" level forehand and a "BEGINNER" level backhand; and this type of student is encouraged to register accordingly.
