Are you passionate about tennis and eager to share your love for the game with others? BreakPoint Tennis Club is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic tennis coaches to join our growing team! Students are mostly young adult.

Position 1: Tennis Coach (Harbord)

• Location: Harbord Collegiate Institute (286 Harbord St, Toronto)
• Schedule: 5-10 sessions per week (July 20th - Oct. 15)
• Hours of operation are Mon- Fri (6-8pm) & Sat- Sun (10am-7pm)
• Applicant must establish their hours of availability in cover letter

Position 2: Tennis Coach (Riverdale ci)

• Location: Riverdale Collegiate Institute (1094 Gerrard St E, Toronto)
• Schedule: 5-10 sessions per week (July 20th - Oct. 15)
• Hours of operation are Mon- Fri (6-8pm) & Sat- Sun (10am-7pm)
• Applicant must establish their hours of availability in cover letter

Position 3: Tennis Coach (Jon Ash)

• Location: Jonathan Ashbridge (1515 Queen St E, Toronto)
• Schedule: 5-10 sessions per week (July 20th - Oct. 15)
• Hours of operation are Mon- Sun (9am to 8pm)
• Applicant must establish their hours of availability in cover letter

Position 4: Tennis Coach (Park Lawn)

• Location: Park Lawn Bubble Rink (340 Park Lawn Rd, Toronto)
• Schedule: 5-10 sessions per week (July 20th - Oct. 15)
• Hours of operation are Mon- Sun (9am to 8pm)
• Applicant must establish their hours of availability in cover letter

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Superior ability to work with young Adult Tennis players
• Excellent knowledge of classification of NTRP 1.0- 5.0 skill levels
• Strong history of instructing both private lessons & adult classes/ clinics
• Pleasant personality, friendly, energetic & able to create welcoming environment
• Knowledgeable of the latest coaching techniques and strategies
• Ability to adapt within an established and well-known training program; that uses stage 3, stage 2 & regular tennis balls
• Must be 100% reliable, punctual, and professional
• Passion for the sport of tennis and a desire to help players improve and succeed within the popular BreakPoint Tennis Club Tournaments
• Comfortable playing the role of a friendly and helpful umpire (within challengers/ tournaments) and able to adapt umpire style according to level of play
• Certified by ITF, PAC, TPA, USTA or another association (Van Der Meer, PTR etc.)

• Training Opportunities & PAC Certification
• Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
