50% of the class time is instruction on the advertised "theme"
25% instruction on other strokes
25% on guiding games with instruction on your new techniques

hitting sessions - the coach delivers a higher frequency of ball feeds to the student; and the student dictates the type of ball they want to receive
50% of the class time is feeding balls with milder instruction so student can focus on contact & timing
25% feeding balls with milder instruction on other strokes
25% on guiding games with milder instruction on your new techniques
match play class - the coach & students follow the flow of a proper match. Starting with warmup, the coach guides the students on playing points, games & matches whilst taking multiple pauses to offer instruction on technique, strategy & rules
50% of the class time is spent playing matches
50% of the class time is spent with puases to allow 2-3 feeds on correcting an error (ie. player can't hit a backhand...coach offers quick instruction or strategy tip; with 2-3 feeds before returning to the flow of match)
